Initiative phase: Well established and running
The Leader Lëtzebuerg West energy cooperative is a cooperative where anyone can invest their money in the development of sustainable energy projects. The cooperative was founded in 2019 and has since been investing the cooperative's money in sustainable energy projects. The cooperative is also organised on a grassroots level.
At the moment, the cooperative has around 150 members.
So far, the cooperative has installed eight photovoltaic systems and produces enough electricity to cover the annual consumption of 560 people.
