Guidance in times of crisis

Cooperation between businesses, educational staff and young people to improve understanding of crisis management and the future of employment

Fase de iniciativa: Bem estabelecido e em funcionamento

After the health crisis, 2022 and 2023 will also see their fair share of crises: climatic, social, energy, food, political, economic, and so on. It's difficult to predict what tomorrow will bring, both as an organisation and as an individual. There's no doubt that crises have an impact on young people, even if they're not the first victims.

According to L'Etudiant's second "Baromètre de confiance dans l'avenir" (2022), 78% of young people say that the successive crises since 2020 are affecting their confidence in the future, and 66% believe that they are having a real impact on their morale and psychological state.

Today, it is essential to have the skills and resources needed to anticipate and prepare for uncertainty with resilience. Some of the skills needed to manage difficult and critical situations are useful in crisis situations, but they are also useful in other situations, such as in the world of work.

Through testimonials, workshops and the deployment of concrete actions, we hope to encourage exchanges between Luxembourg companies, educational staff in secondary schools and young people in order to offer a better understanding of crisis management and the issues linked to the future of employment.
