It is local, from the farm to the table initiative. Vum Gréis develops pedagogical activities and produces vegetables and fruits to compose their baskets. Added to that eggs, potatoes, and meat can be added from their partners.
The agricultural process is based on the methodology of permaculture (intense production in a small plot of land). It also works on soil and biodiversity restorations. Respect for the environment, innovation and passion, equality, and solidarity are the main principles.
There are 3 different prices for membership with a solidarity-based principle and flexible payment form. Baskets are composed weekly with seasonal products and are ready at the pickup point on Fridays or can be self-harvested on Tuesdays.
