Initiative phase: Concept phaseDisability remains the 2nd most frequent ground for discrimination in Luxembourg, according to the activity report of the Centre pour l'Egalité de Traitement 2022 (Centre for Equal Treatment 2022).
In response to this, the Handi-Perception project will be working on two solutions that will be available to Luxembourg employers at the end of the project:
1. A tool to measure the effectiveness of disability inclusion policies in companies
2. A range of effective ways of improving the inclusion of people with disabilities within organisations.
